In charge for the aforementioned essential role, you would be expected to have the following qualifications :
* Bachelor degree in Journalism/Communications/Marketing/Public Relation.
* Should have an excellent understanding of the media communication as a fundamental part of the marketing mix, and the use of media skills as a tool in sales promotion, including managing social media i.e :blogs, wikis, social networks, forums, and/or podcasts.
* Excellent with Photography, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite for hardware skills.
* Excellent consulting, writing, editing, communication skills, including an engaging written & voice.
* Strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and the ability to multitask.
* Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in developing corporate communication function using communication/ marketing tools, website, etc.
* Organizing marketing events and sales promotional activities ideally within a professional services environment.
* Demonstrated ability to teach the principles of online communications to nontechnical people.
* Proficiency in basic systems administration such as permissions, content publishing, and similar functions.
* A communication professional - excellent oral & written communication skills both in English and Indonesian languages.
* Creative mind, self-starter with initiative, and confident manner.
* Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
* A working knowledge of the beverages business would be an advantage but is not essential if the candidate can demonstrate an aptitude for quick learning.

II. PERSYARATAN UMUM

Warga Negara Indonesia; Bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa; Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/TNI/Polri atau pegawai swasta; Tidak

berkedudukan sebagai Calon/PNS, Calon/Anggota TNI/Polri; Tidak berkedudukan sebagai anggota atau pengurus partai politik.

III. PERSYARATAN ADMINISTRASI

a. Persyaratan IPK bagi pelamar berpendidikan S1 minimal : 2,7 (dua koma tujuh); D-III minimal : 2,6 (dua koma enam). Berusia tidak lebih dari 35 (tiga puluh lima) per 1 Januari 2009;

b. Surat lamaran harus ditulis tangan dengan tinta hitam dan ditanda-tangani sendiri oleh pelamar dan bermaterai 6000,- ditujukan Kepada Sekretaris Jenderal Komisi Pemilihan Umum Cq. Kepala Biro

Sumber Daya Manusia dengan melampirkan : (1) Foto copy Sah Surat Tanda Tamat Belajar/Ijazah dan Foto copy Transkrip nilai Akademik, yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang; (2) Surat Keterangan Catatan

Kepolisian (SKCK) dari Kepolisian, yang masih berlaku; (3) Surat Keterangan Kesehatan dari Rumah Sakit Pemerintah/Puskesmas; (4) Pas Foto Berwarna terakhir 3 x 4 sebanyak 3 (tiga) lembar, bagian belakang

photo ditulis nama pelamar; (5) Surat Pernyataan bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia diatas materai 6000,- dan dimasukkan ke dalam map untuk S1 berwarna biru sedangkan D-III berwarna merah dan

dimasukkan ke dalam amplop, disudut kiri atas ditulis kualifikasi pendidikan dan dikirim ke PO BOX 4370 JKP 10043 paling lambat Cap Pos tanggal 27 Nopember 2008.

c. Pendaftar/Pelamar wajib mendaftarkan melalui Website KPU, dengan mengisi form yang telah disediakan.

d. Pendaftar/Pelamar yang telah mengisi form secara lengkap diharuskan mencetak : (1) Registrasi Pendaftaran 1 rangkap dan di diberi foto terbaru ukuran 3×4; (2) Registrasi Tanda Peserta Tes

Tertulis 2 rangkap, yang masing-masing diberi foto terbaru ukuran 3×4. Registrasi tersebut dimasukkan bersamaan dengan berkas persyaratan administrasi lainnya (khusus Registrasi Tanda Peserta Tes Tertulis

yang dikirim 1 rangkap, sedangkan 1 rangkap lagi harus dibawa pada saat mengikuti Tes Tertulis jika Pendaftar/Pelamar telah Lulus Seleksi Administrasi).

IV. MATERI, JADUAL TEST DAN LAIN-LAIN

a. Pelamar yang lulus administrasi akan diumumkan melalui internet (Website KPU) www.kpu.go.id paling lambat tanggal 3 Desember 2008.

b. Ujian tertulis berupa Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD), meliputi :

(1) Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU); (2) Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS); (3) Tes Skala Kematangan (TSK), (4) Tes Kompetensi Bidang (TKB) ; dan Bahasa Inggris.

c. Ujian tertulis dilaksanakan di Kampus IPDN Jatinangor- Sumedang pada tanggal 7 Desember 2008 pukul 08.00 WIB sd selesai, diharapkan hadir 30 menit sebelum tes dimulai, dan membawa pensil 2B, Paperboard

(Alas Tulis) dan perlengkapan alat tulis lainnya.
